What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

One of the first to market and continually are putting out new features that help front line sales reps do their jobs more effectively. Team is always responsive and easy to work with

Automation of daily workflows and ability to build in steps to further engage your prospects throughout the sales cycle

What do you dislike most about this product?

features can sometimes be hidden or buried based on the sheer amount of ways you can use the product but not specifically a negative ding on the team

leverage the onboarding/training to make sure you're getting the most out of your investment and time

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

I think the best part of Outreach is the analytics. They give very good explanation and display of the statistics. You also can filter and maneuver the statistics to best fit your analysis

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the integration with salesforce since it is easy to upload and complete your prospecting with prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it isn't clear how to fix some issues with Outreach and it is a slow process to get it fixed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear IT ownership of the product so that you know how to fix the small bugs that come along.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

Outreach has far more data and metric capability than other platforms used for Sales Enablement — this is extremely valuable to anyone leading sales teams and working on sales strategy. The ability to customize sequences is endless, and the automation capabilities are a huge time saver for sales reps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product are the integration capabilities with LeadIQ and Salesforce. This makes it very easy and almost full proof to see what is going on with Target prospects, and other deals in the pipeline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t have any specific dislikes about this product, but I will say that I think there are a lot of features that may go unused just because sales reps may not know those features are available. Especially if they enter onto a sales team that is already using outreach, and does not have an onboarding session with an Outreach customer service rep but rather someone from their own company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that someone take 10 to 15 minutes to meet with someone from outreach went over there first introduced to the product, and also meet with other people on their team, and ask the best way to utilize the product and features for the desired result
