Great database of applicant tracking and adhering every single bit of recruitment process. Also, GDPR compliant & secure.

Few features can be added e.g., Years of experience filters can be embedded. Can also avoid too many clicks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it wise, use it right and you can make your recruitment easy with massive applicant tracking record & also create great candidate/Business/Stakeholder experience by utilizing the product up to its full potential.

What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?
Registers results from candidates making screening much quicker and eliminating the step of account creation. I like how it is able to help with internal hires by recommending roles to employees within the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employees have the ability to track and set their objectives that align with the broader goals of the organization. A personalized to-do list allows new hires to navigate the system easily and accomplish their goals from a centralized location.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The aspects that I dislike most is the price and the overall feeling of it being too complicated. The learning curve is steep but with proper training it doesn't take much time to learn.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a well-liked tool with the ability to check candidate status, pull transcripts, and engage in talent sourcing. Performance management is also one of its most popular aspects. Users should leave time for adopting to its somewhat complicated functionality.

What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?
Oracle talent management provides a much more modern offering when compared to its peers. The software is engaging and often leads to internal conversations on goals and organizational alignments. Oracle Talent Management also continues to evolve and adapt keeping pace with perhaps the most challenging field (HR & Retention) with many of its amenities being retooled often.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Oracle Talent Management helps any sized organization set hiring goals and monitors them from soup to nuts. It automates performance processes and provides team leads and HR with valuable insights into potential candidates. Once your organization hires the perfect fit, It helps manage them, evaluates their performance, provides training and development opportunities. Put simply, it provides a purpose driven talent management solution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Oracle Talent Management Cloud based solution is solid and serves our organization and its members well. If I could fix one thing it would be the enhancement of the Customer support team. Oftentimes the wait times and solutions rendered can be excessive. It can be a challenge to get ahold of a representative. When you find yourself in a bind you are often on your own for an extended period.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The HR solutions and offerings within Oracle's Talent Management Software can save your organization time and resources when in the recruiting and hiring phase. However, I would recommend that organizations conduct the appropriate research and request hands on demos for this and other peer products to ensure the right fit. No software is one size fits all.
