What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?

I think the way it’s a one stop shop in the market and has almost every software which can be integrated with one another. That’s the kind of ecosystem oracle has created.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how the data analytical work in this tool. You can customise your reports which can be updated on a regular basis. For somebody who doesn’t know data and analytics that much, it is very helpful with this tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The oracle team is very slow with taking up tool escalations. Apart from that, I think everything is still good but service is somewhere they lack control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a really nice product but is more suitable to a big size company. So if you’re entrepreneur or still mid size, you can check for other products available but this one might not be the one for you.

What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?

I feel the only differentiator from my experience this tool has that you can customise the entire look & feel of the tool & its features according to your company's needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customisation of the tool, the additional features can be added/modified/deleted as per the need

What do you dislike most about this product?

The technical support from the vendor is quite lathargic

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please calculate the ROI before spending your money because in my opinion its a little costly. This may be fit for bigger organisations.
