What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?

Oracle has helped me to develop skills and expand information by connecting with different Oracle users and consultants for education and networking and additionally helping me get friends outside my country.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle HCM is extremely a lot of useful and compatible in the enlisting and placement method and hr information. It makes it easier for hr in [organizations] to keep track of who is in and out of the [organization]. Improvement may be created by permitting staff to record their own data and update it as and when necessary while not having to go through hour first.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization should be little over the given ones. The speed of the software can be better. Integration of the tool takes abundant time. Further functionality in different hr areas. Simple way to set up processes that aren’t delivered as a part of standard product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A tool compatible with all the businesses for their HR department. Extremely suggested to the organizations that need to hire few and economical workers and believes in quality employees than [the] amount of employees. All the necessary characteristics are given in this tool for enlisting and payroll. Worth is incredibly a lot of simple to afford as compared to alternative tools within the market.

Oracle Cloud HCM stores the complete data of the worker and its history. This software is beneficial for both organizations and workers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its customer support system is also very cooperative with its clients. It is one place for storing all the information of any individual. It connects workers which are useful in providing more skills. It keeps the worker's record from the start till the end i.e from recruitment to retirement. It also helps to pick top-performing workers by their working records. It keeps the workers' data safe which can be used in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes its notification disturbs the worker from working and diverts their mind. The customization option should be improved. Speed can also be increased.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is simple to use and affordable software which is used for keeping the records of the workers which helps in the management of the organization. It keeps and saves the record of workers and when you need any information about workers you can see it from this software. It helps in checking the response and efficiency of the worker. So if you are looking to manage information of the workers from the start of the job to the end of the job you should try this software because it is quite promising with new features that help in the progress of your enterprise.
