What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can ask follow-up questions to get more detailed feedback. This lets us find areas for improvement and new ideas. We can also slice and dice the data in many ways with SurveyMonkey's reporting and analysis tools. We can group responses by demographics, purchase history, or other criteria to find trends and patterns that help us make strategic decisions.
