Target multiple channels at the same time.

Some specific use cases were not possible to implement given the fact that there were some technicalities that were out of scope.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a bit difficult to get started using the tool but once you get used to it, you can work on exciting ideas to engage with your users and understand their behaviour
