Nothing, but i wish they'd add Outlook usability.

You can make customized templates to use for different scenarios that your whole team can share. The analytics feature is useful too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There could be more options for inputs variables in templates.

Easy to use, integrated to email + extension.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Templates and Sequences

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when I open a previous email I've sent, I would get an email notification as if the recipient just opened the email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not stick with the basic features! I was missing so many cool features because I didn't take a training at first.
