What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The fact that Teams encompasses everything you could possibly need inside one piece of software is a game changer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video and web conferencing is seamless and I have not experienced many issues. Microsoft are keen to keep adding features and improve the overall experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel as though the software does not have as many customisation options as other major competitors, however Microsoft are doing their best to add more features at a good pace. I also dislike the 'Out of Office' configuration, it feels overly complicated for what it is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to learn the product as best as you can because there is no end to is usability. Most companies do not use the software to its full potential and so they undervalue it.

  • Effective Service

  • Friendly Negotiation
