What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The cross functionality with other Office and Outlook tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messaging. It's a discrete way to notify an individual or team one at a time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see the ability to create and message groups more quickly than having to add individuals. I would also like to close out old message groupings/conversations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take sometime to experiment with all of the functions and sell others in your group to adopt the program.
