Actually everything about this product is perfectly different from other similar product. It has a exciting and powerful called screen sharing that makes presentation and sharing of individual work to others easier task.

It integrates well with other Office applications like Word, Excel and others to make its usability even better. It offers a unified business communication and collaboration space where one can hold online meetings, audio and video conferencing, instant messaging, file and screen sharing all from a single place without having to switch from one software to another. The quality of video and audio is top notch and does not lag. It even has a meeting recording function that is very useful for referencing what was discussed during online meetings. It makes it easy for scheduling online meetings by allowing integration with Outlook.

There is nothing much to dislike about this product online that it is heavily dependent on good and stable internet connection and when the connection buffers the audio and video quality during online conferences are greatly affected.

The best videoconferencing tool for communication

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams provides the level of quality and feature set that distinguishes it as the best video conferencing tool and makes it more effective than similar products, because instead of combining video and audio conferencing with separate tools for chat and team collaboration, you get everything in one digital workspace, with Teams which provides excellent performance and a wide range of features for both conferencing and collaboration, while catering to businesses of all sizes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video and audio quality, as well as other features like screen sharing, whiteboarding, hand raising, the ability to pin participants to the main view, use dark mode to reduce eyestrain, dial in for audio conferencing when you don't have access to wifi, and noise cancellation settings that cancel background noise when working from other spaces, are the best things about Microsoft Teams as a video conferencing solution. Because discussions in meetings disappear after the call in other tools, Teams provides the ability to review chats during and after talks. The application runs on all operating systems and device types equally well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One aspect to improve is that the application is heavy on the CPU, especially on macOS, but also on Windows and sometimes uses a considerable amount of computer resources. I also think that the file management should be more organizational structure can be confusing and it is not always easy to find files and finally should be allowed to edit or delete messages already sent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a solid choice, especially if you already use Microsoft products; it is the most formal and reliable communication agent a company can use; its ability to integrate with other Microsoft tools is a unique feature; it offers a task management concept, which saves time and resources; in addition, there are effective communications through chats and audis; and it offers a task management concept, which saves time and resources. At present point, I feel there is no better collaborative workplace for major enterprises, and Microsoft can be counted on to keep improving.
