What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity with which we can set up video meetings and group conversations where files and documents can be shared easily. Microsoft Teams protects our connections and workspaces, and the call quality is outstanding, all contributing to a very smooth experience, as is the excellent interaction with Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, after the end of a meeting, we have seen that the statuses of several people continue to register as busy, preventing them from attending a new video conference or call. This is often an inconvenience when a new connection is needed and also causes delays in starting events.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a highly secure and reliable communication platform for businesses; with exceptional stability and operational capabilities, it is ideal for organizing group meetings, conferences, team calls, scheduling calendars, sharing screens, managing projects and tasks, etc. It is also an excellent collaboration tool for workgroups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video and audio quality, as well as other features like screen sharing, whiteboarding, hand raising, the ability to pin participants to the main view, use dark mode to reduce eyestrain, dial in for audio conferencing when you don't have access to wifi, and noise cancellation settings that cancel background noise when working from other spaces, are the best things about Microsoft Teams as a video conferencing solution. Because discussions in meetings disappear after the call in other tools, Teams provides the ability to review chats during and after talks. The application runs on all operating systems and device types equally well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One aspect to improve is that the application is heavy on the CPU, especially on macOS, but also on Windows and sometimes uses a considerable amount of computer resources. I also think that the file management should be more organizational structure can be confusing and it is not always easy to find files and finally should be allowed to edit or delete messages already sent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a solid choice, especially if you already use Microsoft products; it is the most formal and reliable communication agent a company can use; its ability to integrate with other Microsoft tools is a unique feature; it offers a task management concept, which saves time and resources; in addition, there are effective communications through chats and audis; and it offers a task management concept, which saves time and resources. At present point, I feel there is no better collaborative workplace for major enterprises, and Microsoft can be counted on to keep improving.

The calendar feature which notifies us 15 minutes before the next meeting which helps everyone to be ready and organized

It is very easy to use and so fast with a great video quality . I really enjoy the how they made it easy to switch between the personal account and corporate account
