What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ability to integrate such a wide range of product into the platform. Makes it easier to collaborate and get things done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team functionality - allows organizations to create specific spaces for that working group to stay together.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video quality on web conference needs to be sharper. Zoom is much sharper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time learning the platform via a 30 says. Recommend using a trial to eplose how you could review it

I like the UI of the tool which is user friendly and helps to understand the things easily, alos many other addin can be integrated.

The UI and Addin's

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video transparency, while sharing the screen.
