The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Plenty of features —UX-wise just OK

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams is probably unique in the space, as it's the only comprehensive offering from one of the tech giants (others have reduced sets of features, or compete only on voice calling or messaging, but Teams is way more than that). It's not only a solid choice, but it might be the only option for larger organizations that require lots of features backed by an industry leader.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It works. We use it daily in an educational context, and it just works. Sometimes it's slow, the UX is so-so, but it's relatively reliable and has not only plenty of features, but also is available on multiple platforms, so we can always connect and find information from the past.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's slow, and for every feature it offers, there's always something better. The thing is, you never find all those features in one package. Forms, document management, user management, roles, communication tools... It's easy to find a better solution for each feature separately, but I don't think there's one single provider that offers all of that. I wish it was faster and the UX was more polished, but nonetheless, Microsoft has improved recently in that department and I would say that it's not lagging behind as it used to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you only need a handful of features, you might be better off using alternatives. Not only they provide a better UX, but you are also avoiding vendor dependency. If you are like me, that focuses on productivity and can only take the best in terms of user experience, then you better look out for individual products. For educational purposes and traditional organizations that do not change rapidly, then it might be a solid buy.
