What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Ease of Data Integration. Did not take long for us to adapt in using Sharepoint for our data sharing. All End users did not take long to understand the way to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of the UI. It truly is remarkable. Easy peasy to navigate different areas and customize what fits your business the best.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the beginning it was difficult to lock down specific folders. But we eventually figured it out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Integrate more with Microsoft Teams! that is the future

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Depending upon the SharePoint installation, data can be published and pulled from the various sources, including the Excel, OneNote, and Microsoft SQL Server. This optimises the business process by ensuring the necessary information that the user wants
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SharePoint is scalable, simple, quick, and easily connect with your project from anywhere, any time through the web.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SharePoint can be expensive to set up and maintain. The biggest disadvantage of SharePoint is its licensing structure. It provides poor search capabilities. It requires a lot of internal customization
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do some research on the company, application, or platform the user is targeting, and customize your application based on the requirements.
