Excellent for Office 365 shops that want easy site

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The very tight integration with Office 365 gives it power with analytics and data loss prevention. The sharepoint side is also created with Groups and Teams making it a natural place to try and keep files and documents

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to help us work hybrid and remote, these past 2 years we have really come to rely heavily on storing files in Sharepoint for editing because of the pandemic

What do you dislike most about this product?

The file sync can be a bit touchy at times and often throws sync errors. I think there is also a lot of learning curve for someone not familiar with computers to get access and find there way around the doucment libraries

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Planning is key - plan your site structure and how you would want permissions to work. Also plan how you will handle roll out and training to end users
