What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

With its quick file storage and access features, Sharepoint has saved my team a significant amount of time. We commonly utilize it to discuss requirements, test cases, and other application papers with the team. We also upload the files required for the project documentation to be shared.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharepoint makes it simple to access information and files in a single location. Instead of using archaic intranet file systems, it has allowed my team to swiftly access and work on data. It is simple to share files with SharePoint, as well as to search and manage files and folders from the user interface. You can also form groups with certain colleagues to share specific files and grant access permissions to them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The SharePoint user experience is clumsy, and it's difficult to comprehend how it relates to Microsoft Teams, but you know they operate together. When accessing and sharing files in Sharepoint, issues may occur, necessitating a restart of the software. While it is ideal for team usage, it might be difficult for novice users to comprehend how to setup teams and modifications. We also need to teach new colleagues who have never used the program how to utilize it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before going on to the product, test it out and provide your employees hands-on experience. If you have a business account, Sharepoint is the best option. You can't avoid Sharepoint if you have an office or teams, and it's probably preferable to ensure your staff interact smoothly.
