What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It is the function of customizing the shared point of Microsoft of other document management alternatives according to the agency of Organization. He suspects a personalized place and units between each team and the department, and personalize the appearance and functionalities according to the bases of each team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Which fascinates me of Microsoft Share Point is the function of conserving the consistency and all of the documents. Cadada time an file opens or changes, the replica is saved and can constantly be reversed to the previous version. That is to say, especially effective for projects that integrate various reviewers and changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that I do not like by Microsoft Share Point is the learning curves. Thanks to an extensive range of characteristics and customization, you can have time to use it. In addition, several characteristics have the possibility of being difficult or compressor first. This could be fruitful for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Generally, Microsoft Share Point proposes Point to organizations looking for tools and collaborative tools for cloud documents. With its customization and collaborative capacity, it is ideal for huge organizations with complicated devices and projects. In addition, adhesion with other Microsoft tools will make it effective for the Empresas that other Microsoft tools has already used.

Sharepoint is used mainly in Industries and hence i would obviously prefer using the same tool.

I like the feature of the controlling the access level

I mainly dislike the UI about the product
