It's a document management platform integrated with Microsoft 365 ans as well it's able to automate with RPA tools.

Security. Provides tight integration to business processes.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I love the interlinking features of share point. In one click I can easily move to other microsoft software like Outlook, ms excel,etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is neat and clean and I like it very much.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it's buffering so high speed of internet is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use all others Microsoft softwares that will be beneficial to you switch to share point.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

SharePoint's file library creation structure is very good. It is the best tool for sharing documents with people outside the organization as it offers an excellent security check.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The library structure and the possibility of editing files online using all the Office's suite tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first is a little difficult to learn how to use all the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the learning material provided by Microsoft
