Microsoft Project Online provides us virtual access from anywhere. They help to manage projects and deliver them successfully. Their efficient features it becomes very easy to organize our data and files so we can easily use them when needed without having to search for longer time. We can easily discover data according to our projects and can utilize them according tour project requirements and can easily deliver projects successfully.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Project Online needs to be better developed for the agile projects. There is advanced training required to use their advanced features which takes long time. They create reports that are not enough for our projects. Network working and diagram is very limited and requires updates. Also, the scope management is not much developed and need much improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Project Online is best recommended for those who want to manage their projects in easy and most effective way. It also integrates very well with other platforms.

Unlike other products, we can say that with this tool it is very easy to create activities, in addition to ordering them according to priorities, and determining resources. You can find the life path of the program and choose filters, as needed, among the things in Microsoft Project. It is easy to update the data, you can also see the percentage of each milestone in a simple way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that it has been very useful for us since this product is incredibly affordable, especially when it comes with the whole Microsoft package. It is also familiar compared to other Microsoft products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we have been using this tool we have not found any fault with the project as for us MS Project has been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to planning projects with clear requirements.

We can recommend this tool as the user-friendly interface of MS Project and its well-designed functions, plus many features that it has, we can easily recommend it.

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

Microsoft Project Online solves many of the issues users experienced with MS Project standard *Resource and Financial Planning as good examples. The collaboration between teams is a huge success as is the integration with other Microsoft Products such a as Power BU which can produce rich dashboards with the information necessary for Senior Management to take decisions based on data. It "follows" MS Products so Users can easily learn the product.

Enterprise solution. Excellent team collaboration possibilities. Scalability with other MS Products. Ability to turn rich data into actionable insights

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Programme and Portfolio Modules could be improved as this is still better for managing one project as opposed to a portfolio of projects.
