What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?

It is a little cheaper, and it is always online, I remember using other programs and they were having maintenance more frequently than Microsoft. Also, if you are already in a Microsoft environment, it is easier for you to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to use, 1 main screen and you can handle too many things. Easy first integration and easy data import/management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additional data storage packages are expensive compared to the industry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In every software, if it is a new beginning, please ask for a 1-month demo. And try your all operations, including the one you do every 6 months. Even though it will be % an 85 good fit, details make the difference.
