What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an excellent CRM platform that provides all the necessary and essential tools for commercial management and advanced business development through intelligent marketing, promotes new sales techniques, generates closer and friendlier relationships with customers, is an easy to manage software, very reliable and secure, also presents a very friendly interface and with many resources for the user, it is suitable for any type of organization regardless of size, type of business and sector.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ease of use and contracting flexibility, the variety of customer service alternatives, its design potential, its web services integration and how well it integrates with other Microsoft and third party products such as: Marketo and Hubsopt , as well as the fact that it facilitates end-to-end tracking of the sales process and offers multiple dashboards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- On some occasions we have had setbacks when performing certain queries, we have noticed that they take longer than usual to load and this is usually a little uncomfortable. - Its interface is quite friendly but it would be quite nice to include some improvements. - The mobile application has recurrent failures in the exploration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In these times of digitalization increases the need to automate marketing and sales processes in any type of organization, to increase productivity and stay competitive in the market, so it is essential to implement new tools and techniques that favor the centralized management and promote a better relationship with customers, so I recommend Microsoft dynamics 365 CMR that will help you make all this possible.
