What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

It was quite Easy to use being a new, no special training was required... Support team was highly knowledgeable and user friendly. Cost of the Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM) product is much less as compare to other CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead management, sales management and marketing everything done smoothly... User interface was quite friendly ... This is good software for service industry and BPO'S

What do you dislike most about this product?

Till now I haven't experienced that can be dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should definitely go for it...

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

The nucleus of Salesforce’s CRM system is Sales Cloud, a web-based application that helps companies leverage multi-channel relationships for business growth. Salesforce also offers Service Cloud (for customer service and case management) and marketing automation through their Marketing Cloud applications.The packaging for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bit different.We examined Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics on the basis of their sales + service editions (Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud bundle; Dynamics Customer Engagement Plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

products very well and have an “anything you can do, I can do better” relationship. Both systems also offer their own app marketplaces, where you can choose from thousands of additional business tools that extend your CRM’s usability or better align it with your industry. Since they’re primarily licensed in software-as-a-service versions, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics can scale in both directions depending on your functionality needs and business size, although they’re more commonly used by large or rapidly-growing companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is frustrating when it starts to lag. To be honest I find it on the slower side most of the time. However the seamless solutions it provides helps us to ignore the lag.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynamics is very good at putting the things I need to get done right in front of me. It's easy to organize things and label them so I'm not missing a potential client. The reports you can run are very useful for insuring I'm covering all of my bases, as well as looking at $ amounts across the year. It's nice to be able to see the $ amount of sales per AE, and to break that down over months and quarters in various charts. I like how easy it is to assign an activity that I have to someone else, as it streamlines setting up new hires with a set of their own tasks to do.
