What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based CRM which offers us a full suite of tools. It is very simple to manage and install. It is fully combined with Microsoft products and it analyzes the website which people visit through its statics feature and it is very flexible to use for even beginners.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy and interesting that we do not need any training to compile B2B lead corporate and customer leads. They have highly knowledgeable and helpful support team. It guides our sales representatives through the sales process. Its UI is very plain and clear consistent among all entities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need very efficient internet connection otherwise it will lag sometimes. It is a Microsoft tool and number of clicks is too high. If we want to enter information it will be time consuming. Reporting is a little bit bad. Its performance is also not good. Their pricing is high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is well suited if we want to use it with some dialers. It doesn't matter that whether your organization is small, medium and large one can use Microsoft dynamic 365 equally well. I would recommend Microsoft 365 because it is very easy to customize.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Across societal analytics, business analytics, and marketing services in the cloud, on-premises, or in a hybrid configuration, Microsoft Dynamics, the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, increases sales efficiency and integrated marketing. Because it's from Microsoft, it's user-friendly and one may merge it with various Microsoft programs depending on organizational requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our service and CRM operations go well using Dynamics. We were able to enhance our responsiveness to consumers and raise client satisfaction because to how simple it was to manage progress status and goal resolution. Given that everyone is using the same platform our internal support has substantially improved. It provides fantastic education for end customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system can occasionally fail, which can be an issue. Additionally, altering some data requires excessive time and energy. Its user interface lacks a lot of friendliness and is rather antiquated. I don't like how difficult it may sometimes be to upload papers. Even though the process of setting up users might take a while, it is ultimately worthwhile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The ability to link all of our workplaces into one platform and enable flexibility were two features we were seeking for in a new ERP system. After that, we began utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. At the time, we were using a variety of ERP systems across many sites, so consolidating solely on a single system was a goal for implementation.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
