Use Dynamics 365 Sales to keep track of your accounts and contacts, nurture your sales from lead to order, and create sales collateral. You can also create marketing lists and campaigns, and follow service cases associated with specific accounts or opportunities.

We can predict how much revenue your sales team will generate in a given timeframe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to say anything about dislikes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really recommend this product as we can manage our saving accounts, leads, and contacts to Sales Navigator.
