What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
It is easy to use, its interface is pretty pleasant, exceptionally well integrated with other programs, its efficiency in lead creation, and its export of data is also relatively straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables you to categorize all customers in one location quickly, provides excellent account management resources, has a high capacity for mass communication, provides an up-to-date overview of processes and their direction, the accuracy of its planning method and financial organization, all of which contribute to growing sales, collaborating seamlessly, and significantly increasing productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User configuration is time-consuming and even more so when granting security rights and responsibilities for access to certain areas of the CRM, which can be relatively complex; moreover, navigating the mobile application proves to be a challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product; its high performance, functionality, and efficacy for lead generation make it a perfect addition to any company's toolkit, not to mention the incredible results it creates in terms of sales levels.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) has a very affordable cost, good customer support, high availability and different tools that facilitate the management of new sales, marketing and customer service opportunities, in addition to its rigorous security and confidentiality policies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its user interface is simple and compact, easy to use, Dynamics 365 sales (CRM) integrates very well with many tools of our MS ecosystem such as Excel, Outlook and others, it favors and facilitates the management of marketing activities, sales and at the same time customer service all in a centralized way and on the same data source, its integrated control panel, also allows the generation of customers from different contact channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Constant malfunctions in the mobile application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very good product, suitable for any type of industry, with high capabilities and support tools, it also has several functions that allow you to coordinate marketing, sales and lead acquisition, facilitating the achievement of better results.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Among its advantages is the integration with contact center providers such as Collab OneAgent, which avoids the exchange between platforms and speeds up the work. Users can easily pull up lists using the advanced search and the different views offered. Dynamics 365 is continuously updated, the system shows improvements. Simplifies the process of organizing and consolidating a customer list, instantly deducing the major sources of revenue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the overview and the project portfolio perspective feature. Taking won or lost opportunities with Dynamics 356 is easier, as is keeping track of conversations with potential customers through Outlook thanks to the link with this tool. We can make sure that every contact receives the news report thanks to the distribution list in the CRM. On top of all this, it's an accountability boost for sales with potential closes and deals. Account management is a resource that keeps us up to date, helping us with accurate planning and financial order for the improvement of successful sales processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When some users require privileges and security roles the configuration takes a long time. But I feel it is worth it after all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it to increase the possibilities and exploit the full sales potential, and if you are currently within the Microsoft ecosystem and use it's tools to work, this will be completely worth it.
