Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) is very powerful in sales and marketing coordination.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Digital marketing across the entire company have been successfully implemented by this great product. It has streamlined our communication platforms improving our customer experiences and bringing more clients to our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any poor performance from the operation of this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For sales and marketing improvement team and digital management I recommend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).

CRM Integration with Microsoft office 365 is good and tight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Office 365 integration and on-the-go productivity are good with the Work from Home environment. Syncing client's emails with CRM contact history is seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Costing could be high for some businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using Microsoft services then this is a must-try CRM system for sales.

User interface is quite intuitive Support team is friendly and Knowledgeable. Easy to learn

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead management. Lead Assignment. Transparency between the Customer and organisations. Data extraction from Various Campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

For New user it's quite difficult, adequate training is required
