with its robust integrated platform and top of that centralized business application, i can access remotely and dynamic update as well as helps in real time decision making. Best in class feature is power automate helps workflow automate. Easily check accounts added and visualization of data and export it as well.

it helps me in decision making making and can see current status of project.

There was little challenges in implementing and integrating all app we have.

For me in business development domain, it is comprehensive CRM tool that gives you update of progress of project like no other. Easy and user friendly interface makes it easy to navigate.

The model driven approach of the web application is quite user-friendly and improves the productivity

The dataverse data structure is very secure and trustworthy. Also the user interface is very self explanatory.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it shows some latency to load data. That is the only dislike I have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definately the dynamics 365 sales enterprice is a very strong and powerful tool. It improves the productivity as well as the efficiency.
