What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service from other similar products?
Just like the D365 sales, the D365 service has effective service management channel which helps in managing the after sales processes effectively, thus enhancing the customer experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
D365 Service comes up with custom entities which are quite useful, Also the Dashboards are also customizable which helps in preparing it in our own way,
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI and ML part of it can be improved thus making it the new age feature so that the customers using it are also aligned with the new age features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for the whole D365 bunch of software's as it will help to have an awesome customer experience eventually expanding your revenues

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service from other similar products?
Look, I joined the company where I currently work and I got to know Dynamics, I haven't used another program that does the same job yet, but I really like this one, and I hope to use it always.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am a lover of practicality. So I really like the footprint of including customer data and having all the information ready to be consulted
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes if a customer makes a purchase on the current day of the consultation and it is a weekend, the tool does not update and I cannot confirm the veracity of the information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend Dynamics for customer success situations. It is practical, fast and very efficient in what it was made to do.

MS Dynamics 365 offers a comprehensive package that's cloud based offering traditional enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions into a single system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that product offers combined solutions in one package, i.e. ERP and CRM brings convenience under one roof for customers.
