What differentiates Mediafly Intelligence360 from other similar products?
IS2 has the most capabilities to customize reports than I have ever seen in another solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipeline management is really clear and helpful in IS2
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was a little bit overwhelming with how much you could do. I felt there is so much I missed out on because of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of IS2's training team when you are rolling this out.

Went years without updates, then tripled the price

What differentiates Mediafly Intelligence360 from other similar products?
InsightSquared was relatively easy to customize to our needs. We were able to group activities, create custom metrics and analyze performance over time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was easy to switch between views and time frames once configured properly. The customizable reports were extremely helpful, and easy to set up for weekly and daily delivery to the team. The data was easy enough to manipulate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data would only go back two years, making year-over-year comparisons difficult to impossible for anything more than that. The interface was extremely dated and didn't receive updates for many years, but it was stable and functional so we didn't consider making a change.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Unfortunately even as long-term customers we were told at the last minute that our price was going to triple, with very little advance notice except for a vague email earlier in the year. We were met with indifference when we tried to have a dialogue about the situation. I find it difficult to recommend a company that treats clients in this manner.
