What differentiates Medallia Experience Cloud from other similar products?

Good way to manage social networks. Being able to show an advanced structure in technology to have a good quality of satisfied customers. Very good customer service is a service with a lot of capacity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Medallia is a help to have one of the best work experiences with each client since its technology and being able to create channels that take us to experience a level where the videos or calls have a great impact, it has a good integration in social networks since its artificial intelligence helps us perfect each of our clients' growths.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to add since it meets all the requirements we need to do our job well in an efficient and responsible manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a help so that each client has the opportunity to accept or reject any positive or derogatory comment regarding the services provided and to be able to solve any problem or difficulty that arises immediately and address them quickly as it is a great tool to help effectively control any situation.

It is one of the best in the market and cheaper than its great competitor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboards are very nice and easy to customize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lack some built in analytical tools that Qualtrics had.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a benchmark, study your actual need, contact with other customer from them, see if this is what you are really looking for.
