It's more affordable than other products I researched and a little less confusing to implement and use

It's nicely segmented, and that part is easy to update

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's very confusing to do anything new on the platform because it was clearly written by and for tech people who know marketing inside and out

For example, when a prospect downloads a pricing guide from a landing page, they will be automatically enrolled in a 4-email path that focuses on value messaging, financing options, promotions, and next steps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Additionally, contacts who have made medium-sized purchases recently will automatically receive satisfaction surveys and educational content on related products. By mapping common customer journeys, I can confidently set up tailored email paths that anticipate needs at every turn while closely tracking engagement. Automated sequences enable me to focus on higher-level campaigns while ensuring subscribers receive relevant communications based on their progress. MailerLite's insightful sequence reporting also enables constant optimization towards the most effective content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Crafting sequences requires learning MailerLite's unique canvas structure, and occasionally duplicate sends occur due to user error when building complex conditional logic.
