What differentiates M-Files Content Collaboration from other similar products?

M-Files is the finest solution to backup company assets. Moreover, accessing our files on M-Files is pretty easy and protects our files from vulnerability in hard drive storage devices. File transfers are quick and reliable using this cloud storage

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

M-Files offers powerful file sharing and document co-editing between coworkers. Live collab between multiple users is a top-of-the-line business feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Scanning of documents can make the whole document collaboration process easier by just taking a snap of the document and the rest is done by M-Files like storing them in PDF

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

M-Files saves crucial data, files, videos, and photographs and make them accessible offline. This is the ideal platform for storing your company information on a single location for ease of access

From running simple searches to find what we are looking to no longer worrying about unsaved data getting erased, M-Files ensures accuracy and efficiency for thousands of files

Expands in its offering from just document storage to include things such as automated workflows and metadata management. It creates virtual folders that automatically organize our content and allows to search precisely

What do you dislike most about this product?

Let them work on improving the e-signature feature and AI integration to improve the user experience. If this can be improved, then the software would be great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly intuitive, from the dashboard to editing, sharing, and workflows, every step is as efficient as possible. Its simple-yet-effective guiding principle of classifying information help make business's life easier
