As an IT professional involved in the implementation, my favorite aspect of Lightspeed eCom is its seamless integration capabilities with other business tools and systems. What do you dislike most about this product?

It brings together an overall nice omnichannel experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Omnichannel. Cloud focused. Ease of use on ipad.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unreliability. Numerous outages. Lack of ingenuity and customization. Everything is an add-on. Ridiculously high fees for loyalty SMS texts.....is this 1990?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trial this product. Request a short-term agreement with an out if the product doesn't meet your needs. Be sure what features you need and do a true software selection among its competitors.
