What differentiates Lightspeed eCom from other similar products?

It Is very limited and restricts the user a lot from using Lightspeed products. The differentiator is that integrates automatically with Lightspeed POS, which makes catalog management very easy, however, even when it's easy to use, doesn't allow much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That is very easy to use for a not developer user, and its integration with the POS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limitations that implies. Forces you to use their own payment gateway and, doesn't have a lot of plug and play functionalities essential for today's ecommerce

Ask for a detailed demo before buying!

It brings together an overall nice omnichannel experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Omnichannel. Cloud focused. Ease of use on ipad.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unreliability. Numerous outages. Lack of ingenuity and customization. Everything is an add-on. Ridiculously high fees for loyalty SMS texts.....is this 1990?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial this product. Request a short-term agreement with an out if the product doesn't meet your needs. Be sure what features you need and do a true software selection among its competitors.
