What differentiates Lightspeed eCom from other similar products?
Lightspeed offers a unique opportunity to train a user on your products before they decide to purchase them - thus combining a training and ecommerce platform into one. No other product on the market comes currently comes close to how well Lightspeed does this. Checkout is also very fluid.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The entire thing to be honest. Being able to train the user on your product before they even checkout (and then make that simple) it worth the time and money it took to implement the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost and time are a burden when getting into developing and integrating Lightspeed. You need to make sure you're wanting to make the large investment. However, the payoff comes in waves after it's implemented.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your homework here and make sure that after integration is done that you have an effective way to market and advertise the platform. This is used for wide scale training and checkout where a shortened staff could not physically do it (due to time constraints). It's a way to grow your business faster if you can implement correctly - but make sure you have a concrete plan before you spend the time and money to build it out properly.
