What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
All of the features I was looking for in one place at a reasonable cost that will scale with us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lever tells us that recruiting is a team sport, offering more transparency and communication tools to recruiters and other organizations. This is a good opportunity to concentrate on more constructive recruitment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only slight thing that I dislike about Lever is the ability to send bulk candidates through email and specifying which job posting you would like them to be associated with.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Most user friendly, built in CRM (not separate), best internal TA features for scheduling, etc.
