What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

There are a lot of players in this space and LeanData is a solid choice for lead-to-account matching and routing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ive struggled a bit with the LeanData team helping me garner the most value out of the tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is as good as the configurations you setup so make sure to allocate the appropriate amount of time to get it setup as well as look to best practices.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

Leandata's intuitive approach to routing and automation goes one step ahead across the industry and not just its competitors, It's modular design allows heavy customization and allows us to solve complex problems through effective Lead, Account, Opportunity and Contact routing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it tries it best to combine flexibility and being user friendly, It had been very easy to use for me but still allows a lot of customization through its modular designs specially through its flow builder, territory management and round robin pool management. I also like the analytics features that came through for 2021 it made us deliver more value and transparency across all businesses that leverages our routing and automation services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the LeanData services are very dependent on Salesforce resources. As a result common Salesforce resource pooling issues also impacts its services and features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whatever use-case you may have, the LeanData team will always be able to find a solution for you, be it a custom built solution or something that needs to be included within their product. They are very open in terms of discussing needs and ideas with their clients and tends to deliver it in a very intuitive and easy to use functions that would be easy to integrate to your current setup, It is always improving and is always adding features that its competitors might not have thought of yet.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

LeanData is a great tool for lead routing when a business is in a high growth stage and is gaining a lot of marketing leads. The tool sets itself apart by streamlining the manual process of lead qualification.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of LeanData is that it integrates with Salesforce and Outreach. The ease of being able to automate the lead qualification process in addition to automatically sequencing prospects makes my day-to-day job much more manageable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From the perspective of an end user it seems like LeanData requires quite a lot of custom tailoring for lead routing. That process, from my experience has not been particularly easy working with our RevOps and Marketing team. I'd say if there was an easier way for LeanData to work with those teams it would help propel the product further, and make the solution much more robust.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool for lead routing that can automate and streamline your sales or business development departments then LeanData is definitely a strong candidate. It is not always intuitive but it appears that the organization is trying to address their challenges.
