How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Great routing product, bit of a learning curve

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
LeanData stuck out to our team as a way to help route leads and adjust rules/territories with control resting in our hands. In a business model where territories were somewhat fluid, it allowed us to make the adjustments ourselves without having to wait on our Salesforce team to rewrite rules.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's flexibility. It can honestly do just about anything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a bit of effort to get over the learning curve. It's a complex product that can do a multitude of things, and while the UI is fairly easy to navigate, it takes some time to get used to adjusting and creating flows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through the training and make sure to have multiple team members versed on the product.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
I love that its a standalone platform and is vendor agnostic. Many of its competitors have been purchased by other large players in the space, so those vendors want you to buy into their goliath suite of tools. LeanData is standalone, has great integrations into other tools, and is customizable. Easy to use, clean UI, overall very happy with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm a fan of how flexible and simple it is to use. Simple in the sense everything is where it should be, and flexible in the sense it can accomplish 95% of what you're trying to do. It doesn't only route Leads and Contacts but also Accounts, Opps, and custom Objects. Overall, awesome tool, can't recommend it enough.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish we could have more options when it comes to routing Leads, For example, its heavily reliant on Territories, but if your org is immature, you may not have territories baked out and are more working named Accounts. If those Accounts are SFDC Account records, its difficult to route to the right people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy. Great tool, but make sure it fits your use cases.

Record Routing with LeanData

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?
It is more than just Lead and Contact routing, you can route any Salesforce Object (Accounts, Opportunities, Tasks, and even custom objects). It also does more than just change the Record Owner field, you can update other fields on that record, or even trigger integrations like Outreach.io or Salesloft.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How simple it is to build routing flows. It is clicks not code, so you just drag and drop icons and build a flow chart to build what you want. The ability to route other objects other than Leads and Contacts is also huge!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love the ability to run a CSV of Contacts through the Contact router and see which Accounts the router would propose which Account to match the Contact to (whether it is the Account it is already related to or not). This would be great for testing, but also for cleaning up Contacts that have been imported and matched to the incorrect Accounts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy!
