What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?
It is good for sales process to log sales activity and marketing activities in sync. It does not differentiate much as it lacks a lot of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There is no favorite aspect of this product, as it has a lot of loopholes and needs to be corrected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a slow platform that throws errors frequently and has a lot of limitations with respect to functionalities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are a lot of other options in market that outperform this poor CRM. It is only good in terms of pricing and can be considered for first time users.

Easy flow to monitor sales funnel and leads progress. Secure reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
End to End leads tracking with scores and notifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Synchronization between mobile and Web is somewhat slow. UI/UX of mobile application must be improved.

Recommended as its integration with another software is easy, also product support is very good

What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?
This program stands out because it has a good price and good customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since we started using LeadSquared, we've been able to keep better tabs on our sales and make timely follow-ups. There is minimal effort required to import or export leads. LeadSquared allows for efficient automation and management of your lead flow. Thanks to LeadSquared and its adaptable set of criteria, we can keep tabs on prospective customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The maximum number of contacts that may be exported at once is 100K. Ignoring the multichannel user experience integration problem. When it comes to automation, only so much can be tweaked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend LeadSquared to anyone looking for a great lead management tool with a good return on investment.
