Detailed view of leads and the information of the lead is beyond pars. It provides huge lot of analysis on the lead. It tracts, records and completely manages any lead/s.

It is good for sales process to log sales activity and marketing activities in sync. It does not differentiate much as it lacks a lot of features.

There is no favorite aspect of this product, as it has a lot of loopholes and needs to be corrected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a slow platform that throws errors frequently and has a lot of limitations with respect to functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are a lot of other options in market that outperform this poor CRM. It is only good in terms of pricing and can be considered for first time users.
