What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
My entire company now uses Keap. We are able to manage our pipelines, communicate more efficiently through campaigns, and broadcast to and organize our client database by using tags and groups. It has helped us streamline our connection with leads and clients through the use of campaigns, made it easier to provide quotations for large groups of people with the use of targeted broadcasts, and eliminated a lot of wasted time thanks to the use of answer templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To the point where it is now fundamental to our method of assisting clients, we can't imagine doing without it. After evaluating their current business software, we identify any superfluous or costly programs and help them transition to Keap in their place. Using Keap, we can assist them in transforming their mentalized business strategy and procedures into repeatable, standardized processes that benefit both their customers and their bottom line.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We need more control over how the appointment tool handles availability settings. Despite this, I can easily maintain my current workflow by use KEAP in tandem with other systems thanks to the numerous accessible integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Interface that is both easy to use and extremely configurable. As an added bonus, you'll be assigned a local phone number that can be used only for sending and receiving text messages. Moreover, it allows you to link your bank, PalPal, Stripe, and other payment gateways so that you may generate estimates, issue invoices, and collect payments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dealing with the finances! Customers may use their credit cards or PayPal to pay using a fully working billing system. Making it simple for customers to transact business with you online is achievable through the use of embedded payment forms on your website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not as user-friendly as some other platforms, but after I figured out how to get around it, it became invaluable to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I was dubious at first, but now I understand more and more; it's become a priceless resource. I don't think I've really begun to explore its full potential yet. I recommend it
