What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive for the user, really friendly and responsive customer support, excellent configurable insights and reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has almost too many features to use, it can be a little overwhelming for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about whether you need all the available features and where there might be opportunities to consolidate requirements into a single tool like this one.

Great software delivery platform!

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
The client communication piece is really the standout for the product. It makes communication so much easier for project management a delivery work. It provides all project members visibility into the project and enhances collaboration. It's user friendly and our clients love it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to tie communications from the Activity feed to the Task Tracker and follow up on deliverables as well as manage timelines and expectations. I love how you can directly respond to an email and it will post in the activity feed without having to access the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the Task Tracker had more configurations options and was easier to edit and modify. Basic Excel style formatting options would be really helpful as well as the ability to embed documents in fields.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product, I would recommend to anyone who is looking to centralize their project management and resourcing.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
There is a lot of thought put in to the processes that are in Kantata. Resourcing is a great example where through continuous improvements they have made it possible to manage people bookings from a To-Do on a task through to monthly bookings. There is a lot going for them as they listen to customers and make iterative improvements to the system which benefit us all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting engine. There is so much you can get out of good, detailed reporting. Their engine allows you to make comprehensive reports around all aspects of data, visualise them and make easy to view dashboards with detail behind the reports for deep dives. I have likely been able to devise a report for all of my companies wants through the years.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much on this list. Not currently great for production studio work or hourly requirements with deadlines.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Talk to a few people who use it. There are a lot of different ways it is being used and many people have found solutions for their business. The community forum is also fantastic for getting support.
