The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. Great tool, with room to grow

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
The capabilities you get, the functionality, the breadth of the tool, and the price are at a real sweet spot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The level of detail of our financials and our resourcing, which enables us to drill down into what is and isn't working well
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is a bit poor / cumbersome, and the roll out of really useful features can be a bit slow, too
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great tool to allow you to track revenue, monitor resources, and really give you insight into how you're delivering for your clients. The product releases are frequent but they can be a bit lacking in "wow" factors. The Client Success team are great, though, I've never had a bad CSM, and they will work with you to resolve issues. Overall it's a great tool, and it has room to grow

Large, solid and reliable, but tired

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
Close integration with Salesforce, if you're using that or intend to. Scales very well, suitable for very large organisations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I trust the numbers it generates, and in our tenure have encountered only a handful of genuine bugs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UI is sluggish and outdated. There's been no material improvements to the platform in the past couple of years and the focus of R&D recently seems to have been on adding surveys (not sure who asked for this) which seems odd when it is being left behind in the UI/usability stakes by other SaaS products on the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to manage large amounts of users and data and/or would benefit from the close connection with Salesforce CRM it's a good fit. Client services are superb, support is infuriating (but always super polite). Also seems to be quite customisable, if you have bespoke requirements.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
Time tracking, reporting, and expense tracking are excellent, for that reason we haven't switched to monday.com where we do our project management
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Time tracking is straightforward
What do you dislike most about this product?
often complicated or unintuitive features and navigation. I wish there were a UX overhaul to the software to make it comparable and competitive with other project management and financial softwares
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for time tracking, expense tracking, and reporting then this product is reliable and effective.
