What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
Kantata offers a sort of "all-in-one" approach to business, which is a game-changer. Instead of using apps to track time, bill clients, manage resources, etc. separately, Kantata is the backbone of our workflow and allows us to do all of these things in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm particularly fond of the way time is tracked; it offers a wide range of customizable options that let us get a good picture of where our time is spent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The wide variety of features is excellent, but some are implemented in a way that makes them more difficult to use than others. Project status and tasking systems are often overcomplicated, and we require more communication on other platforms to keep things running.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is great for mid-size organizations that handle large volumes of work (e.g. advertising agencies), but it might be a lesser fit for small businesses that don't need the features or larger businesses that need more accurate information about their work.
