What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

Time tracking, reporting, and expense tracking are excellent, for that reason we haven't switched to monday.com where we do our project management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time tracking is straightforward

What do you dislike most about this product?

often complicated or unintuitive features and navigation. I wish there were a UX overhaul to the software to make it comparable and competitive with other project management and financial softwares

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for time tracking, expense tracking, and reporting then this product is reliable and effective.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

Kantata has streamlined our process significantly. Its intuitive interface and robust features have made project management more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the assignment search functionality. It makes it incredibly easy to quickly gauge consultant availability and workload.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The forecasting capabilities are my least favorite feature. I find it frustrating that I have to rely on external Excel spreadsheets for weekly forecasting, rather than having that functionality integrated within the tool..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time to thoroughly learn Kantata and invest heavily in the initial setup. Changes are difficult to implement later, so careful planning is essential.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

The rate of their product enhancements, they way they listen, provide feedback and interact with their customers, they way they problem solve with you makes us come back every year.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I'm so looking forward to integrating automations. I have a feeling that's going to earn my love in terms of "topics" very soon as I begin taking the course.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it were more client friendly facing when it comes to the Gantt chart (ie having customizable columns) and I wish the Gantt chart had more options to customize - similar to the look and feel of excel, power point, etc. for internal users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a one stop shop for running your business. I don't know how we would run it without this software!
