I assume it's not a free product

sometimes the system is slow and the technical support team takes a longer time to resolve the queries

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The system is a user friendly professional services automation (PSA) solution. The Kantata app automates pipeline forecasting, resource planning, delivery management and project accounting saved us a lot of time, optimize resource utilization and elevate operational performance.
