What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Intercom is huge when it comes to handling customer they are from A to Z service you can handle your customers and respond to them also be proactive and follow up and you have all the tools needed
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reports and chat bots Intercom is so powerful when it comes to reports, you can easily see all your team's work and progress ease of integration with more than 250 app using chat bots to automatically respond to your clients while your team is away
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike it that the chatbot only comes in English, I wish if it's in Arabic
