What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
It's User Interface is very clean.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They use emoticons in their response which is quite good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The response time of the other party is very late, lead generation and query handling is slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should look out for other alternative before considering Intercom.

Communication is totally different.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast coms, and service like easy map out but favorite still remain Campaign builder.

Dislike not knowing about the product earlier, lol<3

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
It is great to ensure the right people are involved in the right conversations. From my point of view and in my role in sales I am able to ensure that I get access to the right potential customers from an inbound perspective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
CRM for me is the biggest problem Intercom solves. An easy way for our stakeholders to get hold of us in the best way and a great way for us to handle this inbound traffic
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like with any tool I get frustrated that it can do so much more but due to our internal pressures we are not able to leverage this. This is not really a downfall of Intercom but is a frustration
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great platform. I would advise you to map out the requirements and then investigate intercom as I am sure you will find this solution will work for you.
