What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Unlike its competitors in the market, it is highly customizable. It assists users in drafting chatbot flows by analyzing the demands of customers, and their engagement. It integrates with other parties in such a way as to give complete way for customer contact with different touchpoints. This makes itself versatile for changing environments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Although I like many things about this product, one thing that I like above all is its ability to deliver personalized and dynamic conversation. Unlike others, the intercom’s Custom Bots are mainly reliant upon the customer’s nature and interest. This factor makes the user practicable in offering important backing. Moreover, its seamless integration with other parties generates a unified experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Talking in terms of its features, I would say that each of its features is my favorite. Besides this, one thing that sometimes creates concern for users is its pricing. Although the advanced features justify the prices of small to mid-sized corporations, it is a bit difficult to get benefit from all of its additional capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For anyone considering Intercom’s chatbot software, I would recommend going through your customer support, engagement, and needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intercom is great because it allows you to talk to contacts directly in real time via social networks, mobile apps, and the web. I have access to comprehensive reports on client interactions, which enable me to analyze the experience and efficacy of messages in great detail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't have any issues with intercom; it's a great way to communicate with clients.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because Intercom is user-friendly and doesn't require a high learning curve, it's a great choice for customer support and sales teams.

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Intercom has the AI feature which you can use to easily build your chatbot and configure the tool to provide customer success to customers, also the tool has more features like product tour and tooltips that other tools does not offer
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the User Interface, the pricing of the software and the customer support provided from the team, also the new integration of the tool with WhatsApp makes it better to reach to clients through WhatsApp
What do you dislike most about this product?
I only see the issue with the pricing of the tool but everything works as expected, support is not 24/7 so when you get issues on Weekend, you will have to wait until their working time to have it resolved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have the budget for Intercom, it can be a great tool for success
