It ensures there is instant delivery of messages and feedback. The platform is well set to ensure that all parties can get notifications as soon as requests are made.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced any drawback from the working capacity of this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very effective in communication. It ensures that bots perform most of the work giving employees more time to concentrate on more demanding tasks.

Intercom is characteristic to collaborate with work teams in terms of support and improve communications with customers, to manage support requests particularly or in teams through chat either in the application or on the website, email and networks social all in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Intercom is the best option to integrate potential customers with targeted observations instead of forms, it allows you to view and receive notifications about status updates of new, active and other customers with options to view customer data in a place only: location, contact details, company name, communication history and your current activity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Intercom is great to work clearly and without difficulty with other colleagues and clients.

Recommend Intercom collaborates with the intelligent and safe automation of repetitive activities, allowing you to send responses to help customers one of the best ways to segment customers by: plan, monthly expenses, or sessions and with live chat to offer a pleasant experience to the clients.

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Intercom is beneficial for audience segmentation, real-time performance monitoring, message tagging and team assignment very useful for customer user profiles and custom response templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Intercom allows for excellent website integration, contact management is efficient, and the ability to actually follow the customer through the onboarding process to find out what steps they take on their website is great too. chat is also competent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With Intercom there are times where it is difficult to control all the notifications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Intercom is easy to combine all communication channels in one place, the interface is easy for beginners, it provides excellent functions to filter and segment users.
